  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

  3. Mash the yolks with the thousand island dressing and mustard until smooth.

  4. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
