  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese dip (You can find this is the fruit section of your grocery store)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a 9"-13" pan.

  3. In a medium, microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt the dark and white chocolate chips on medium (50%) heat with the butter, stirring occasionally.

  4. Quickly whisk in the cream cheese fruit dip (the chocolate will begin to solidify, but don't worry, just work quickly).

  5. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined.

  6. Add the vanilla, sugar, and salt, whisk until combined.

  7. Fold in the walnuts and flour at the same time.

  8. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpint comes out with only a few crumbs on it.
