Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tablespoon of flour
- 1 small cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
- 1 cup of Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of celery seed
Instructions
In a small saucepan, whisk together the egg, flour, sugar, vinegar, and water until well combined.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a gentle boil. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, stir in the sour cream, salt, and celery seed until everything is well incorporated.
Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
