  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix sugar with salt.

  3. Mix sugar mixture with coconut.

  4. Mix in eggs.

  5. Butter one large cookie sheet.

  6. Drop by tablespoonfuls on cookie sheet and shape like small haystacks.

  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

  8. Cool 5 minutes then remove from sheet.
