  • 2 kg lean ground beef
  • 1 medium cooking onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons pureed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon braggs soy seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh crushed dried mint
  • 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. place beef into a large mixing bowl.

  2. dice onion and add to mixture.

  3. add remaining ingredients and mix thouroughly.

  4. make medium sized balls and place on one side of plastic wrap layoug out 4 balls per length of wrap.

  5. fold other half of wrap over top of the ball and press flat.

  6. fold four patties and freeze or cook immediately.
