A grilled rye sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a Dijon mayonnaise spread.

Ingredients
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 ounces sliced corned beef
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons sauerkraut, drained
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
Stir the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
Spread the Dijon mayonnaise on one side of each slice of rye bread.
Layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese, and drained sauerkraut between the bread slices.
Spread softened butter on the outside of the sandwich.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Grill the sandwich for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve warm.
