Ingredients

  • 200 ml fresh lime juice, about 7 limes
  • 100 ml fresh lemon juice, about 2 lemons
  • 160 g palm sugar, finely chopped
  • Sparkling water, to serve

Instructions

  1. Combine the fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, and finely chopped palm sugar in a bowl or jug.

  2. Stir until the palm sugar dissolves to make a citrus syrup.

  3. Dilute the syrup with sparkling water to taste and serve chilled.
