  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.

  3. Cream margarine and sugar.

  4. Add applesauce and eggs.

  5. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.

  6. Mix well

  7. Add cinnamon chips and pecans.

  8. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
