  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar (approximate)

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and oil.

  2. Mix in cocoa.

  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

  4. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder and mix into cocoa mixture.

  5. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

  6. Heat oven to 350.

  7. Use cookie scoop to make into balls.

  8. Roll in powders sugar. Make sure they are well coated.

  9. Place on parchment paper, 2 inches apart.

  10. Bake 12 minutes.

  11. Remove to wire rack.
