Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raw rice (I used 3/4 cup)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • chow mein noodles (the crunchy ones)

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and onions.

  2. Add celery, rice, soups, water and sauces.

  3. Pour into a sprayed 13x9 pan.

  4. Bake at 350°F for an hour, stirring a couple of times during cooking.

  5. Top with chow mein noodles and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
