  • 8 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups finely diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup half-and-half, heated

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in large pot and cook vegetables until tender over low heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add flour; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Do not brown.
