Ingredients

  • 2 cups sardines in tomato sauce
  • 1 tomatoes (cut in cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and crush the garlic.

  2. Cut the green pepper, remove the seed and dice.

  3. Remove the seed of the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

  4. STIR FRYING.

  5. Drained the sardine and keep the tomato sauce.

  6. In a frying pan, heat up the 1 tbsp of cooking oil, stir fry the onion around 1 minute.
