  • Soba noodles
  • Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the soba noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions.

  2. Add the broccoli during the last few minutes of cooking and cook until tender-crisp.

  3. Drain the noodles and broccoli well.
