Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust or 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie pastry
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  1. Put all ingredients except egg whites and 3 Tablespoons sugar into blender.

  2. Blend for 30 seconds on high; scrape down any dry ingredients; blend 30 seconds more.
