Instructions

  1. Rub your chosen steak with olive oil. Add garlic salt.I use Lowerys but any good brand will do.put a good black pepper on steaks. Sprinkle lightly with dried basil. Let stand at room tempature for an hour or so. cook and eat that baby.spice measurements are app. Something I have done lately is buy a whole filet . cut it in half and cook half with the seasonings. Then slice it thin about 1/4 inch. Serve it quickly so it does not get cold.
