Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 Cornish hens

Instructions

  1. Clean and salt and pepper cornish hens.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 375.

  3. Bake Hens in oven 1- 1/2 hour - blend orange juice, dijon mustard, and honey and baste hens last 15 minutes of cooking time.
