- 2 (20 ounce) cans jackfruit in brine, not syrup, drained
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 (20 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- 6 sandwich buns

Instructions
Drain the jackfruit and place it in a slow cooker.
Add the white wine and barbecue sauce; stir to coat.
Cover and cook until the jackfruit is tender and shreddable, for a total cooking time within the 6 hrs 30 min recipe time.
Shred the jackfruit with forks and stir it into the sauce.
Serve the BBQ jackfruit on sandwich buns.
