Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 5 cups flour, divided
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Grease 3 loaf pans.

  3. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add bananas, milk and almond extract. Mix to combine. Add 3 cups of flour, stir. Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts. Add remaining flour.

  4. Divide into 3 loaf pans. Let rise 15 minutes.

  5. Bake 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted tests clean.
