Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and heavy cream in a seperate bowl and set aside.

  2. Defrost spinach and squeeze dry, chop artichokes, and mozzarella add other ingredients.

  3. Mix together with egg mixture and mix well.

  4. Pour into 2 deep dish pie shells, and bake in 450 degree oven for 60 minutes until browned on top.
