  • dill (for garnish)
  • 1 mini cucumber, sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped dill
  • mini pastry dough (any type such as scone, macaron, mini tart)

Instructions

  1. To make salmon sandwich:.

  2. Spread butter on one side of a slice of white bread.

  3. Layer on salmon.

  4. Trim edges, cut into quarters.

  5. Top with a dill garnish.

  6. To make cucumber sandwich:.

  7. In a bowl, mix the sliced cucumber with salt and vinegar and set aside.

  8. In another bowl, mix dill and cream cheese.

  9. Spread cream cheese/dill mixture on one side of white bread.

  10. Layer the cucumbers on the bread.

  11. Season with salt and pepper.

  12. Trim the edges and then cut into quarters.
