Ingredients

  • 1 (85 g) Maggi 2-minute noodles (packet, DO NOT use flavour sachet)
  • 50 g ham
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 2 mixed mushrooms
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 50 ml thickened cream (double cream)
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan cheese (grated or shaved to taste)
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles as per the pack instructions (don't use flavouring sachet if enclosed).

  2. Finely chop the spring onion, garlic, ham and mushrooms.

  3. Splash olive oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped ingredients all together for 1 minute and then add the cream and heat thoroughly before adding the noodles into the sauce with a splash of the water the noodles were cooked inches.

  4. Crack in the egg and stir through and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Finish with shredded basil and sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
