Breakfast in Bread
This is so yummy, not to mention pretty! Adapted from Better Homes & Gardens magazine. A European recipe(English and French), also much enjoyed in the Northeast!

This is a very colorful, simple yet tasty salad which would be perfect served with a holiday meal or anytime you have a craving for cranberries! I discovered this recipe in Bon Appetit, 1999.

As good as the title is gross. My mum has made this for Christmas as long as i can remember and longer. I did not really like it as a kid but you kind of really grow into it. You may use whatever nuts or nut mixture you want, this year i used almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and coconut which turned out great and looks very festive.
A refreshing and flavoursome salad which is visually appealing and complements any meat, rice or pasta dish. Adapted from a recipe in the latest issue of the Australian magazine ‘New Idea’. When I posted this initially, I just listed “pears” in the ingredients, but have since located the pears specified, and I have made the salad with those pears: CORELLA PEARS. See notes below.
