Yoghurt cakes are always so moist. I love the sound of the lemon flavourings in this one. The recipe specifies natural yoghurt, but when I make it I plan to use creamy Greek yoghurt. I’m posting this recipe, which I found in ‘The Best of Lebanese and Middle Eastern Cooking’ for the 2005 Zaar World Tour.
Argentina is a meat lovers’ paradise. In the farms and field villages of the central states the cooks love to braise with red wine, and rabbit is very popular there. This recipe is a favorite of Andrew Zimmern, host of the TV show Bizarre Foods.

The family was upset with me when I subbed an 8-oz. can of pizza sauce and told them to suck it up and call them ‘Pizza Joes’ and then served them up with shredded mozzarella cheese on the toasted buns, top and bottom. They loved it. I left out the BBQ sauce in this preparation and just used a 1/2 cup ketchup. Pizza Joes are good to go!
