Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken

This is a simple and fantastic recipe I got from sherr1 on the IBS message boards at www.helpforibs.com. If you’re looking for something with a zing, this isn’t it. It has a subtle but deliciously fruity flavor. The sauce is wonderful over white rice!

Linda’s Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce for Barbecue Chicken and Ribs

This sauce is so good I entered it in the BBQ Sauce Cook Off 9/07. Use this sauce on ribs, chicken, pork chops, seafood… Heck, just about anything! It promises to give you the ULTIMATE in flavor. I used this sauce on ribs, and they are absolutely to die for, and the BEST ribs I have ever had the pleasure of making and eating… This recipe is heaven sent, especially for us rib lovers, using 3 racks of baby back ribs! I double the sauce, and use every last bit. Any sauce that may be left over after basting, you can spoon on ribs right before serving. Definately one not to be missed!

Slow Cooker Chili

This is a great meal that requires little prep and tastes like it took all day. My friend Janet gave me this recipe… I hope you enjoy!

Trinidad Green Seasoning

Entered for safe-keeping for ZWT5. From Sweet Hands: Island Cooking From Trinidad And Tobago. Green seasoning is used in many Caribbean dishes, and the recipe varies by country. Trinidad’s uses shado beni (Mexican cilantro), a local herb very much like cilantro. Fresh shado beni can sometimes be found in West Indian markets but, if not, fresh cilantro is a good substitution.
