Glazed Cornish Hens

I made these for Christmas dinner. The flavor is rich; the glaze is sweet and it balances out nicely. They do take some time so be prepared to look after them. We are a family of 4 with two kids and I made three cut them in half down the breast bone and we were full. I actually had one leftover and heated it the next day in the microwave and it worked out great.

Juicy Bacon Wrapped Cornish Game Hen

I wonderfully glazed game hen halved wrapped in bacon, tender and juicy in every bite. Very delicate, along with a few simple but explosive side dishes it will leave you wanting more. This recipe was created by myself, Chris B. Butler Jr., I cook my food with passion and the taste proves that. so enjoy and be on the look out for more. Also the side dishes i choose was Loaded mashed potatoes, peas and carrots for color and crescent rolls.

Grilled Cornish Game Hens W/Ginger Butter

Another favorite from the grill makes a wonderful dinner for two. Relatively easy to grill and so full of flavor. Goes well with sides of green beans and a Yukon Gold baked potato. Delicious with a Pinot Noir.

Cornish Game Hens With Orange Juice and Honey

This recipe is from a magazine and was simply called Cornish Game Hens but I added to the title to help differentiate it here. Sounds delicious but haven’t made it yet but when I do, I will season the hens with some garlic powder too.
