I like this recipe because it not only tastes delicious, and makes a beautiful presentation, but is quick and easy to put together. You don’t have to be an experienced gourmet chef to serve your family these special little birds.
(Galletto con Salsa di Spinaci) OOOOOOOOOOOOOh, is this yummy! It is a nice change from a plain baked chicken breast and is easy to make in quantities for a dinner party. I have made this with both Cornish Game Hens and with Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken breasts* and it turns out fabulous either way! Mangia!
I am a huge fan of cornish hens because they are all white meat – my favorite part! This is a great main course for a special occasion or holiday with a small gathering, or just for a special weekend treat. YUMMY!
While visiting family in England we went shopping at Tesco and picked up this recipe. I have never made it but my mom has and it always comes out yummy! Can’t wait to try these myself.
