Caramel Scones by June

These were my favourite–Mum use to make them often. I always loved the melted caramel on the top. Cook time for me is usually 12 minutes.

Pumpkin, Parmesan and Walnut Scone Loaf

I really love savoury dishes and this one really appeals to me especially as there is no sugar and I think would be lovely with a warm cuppa. Suggested you serve slices buttered. From Recipe+

Cheese & Onion Pull Apart Loaf

A scrumptious pull apart bread filled with onions, cheese and parsley, with a few yummy additional extras that can be added. See the Notes below. Great with winter soups or summer antipasto, dips and salads. Adapted from a recipe on the Simply Great Meals Club website, and saved here for safe-keeping until I have a chance to make it.

Sticky Date Muffins With Toffee Sauce

Variation of the old sticky date pudding, but easier to serve this way. I haven’t frozen these, but I would imagine they would freeze ok, and then reheat in the microwave. These are nice warm or cold, with the toffee sauce poured over and cream for afternoon tea, and ice-cream for dessert 🙂
