Oregano Cornish Game Hens

Got this easy recipe from a friend of mine who loves game hens so I thought I would post it here for you to try sometime. i like these, but don’t make them as often as I could/should.

Stuffed Cornish Hens

This recipe combines long grain rice mix ,vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup to stuff cornish game hens. I got this recipe from a “make it from a mix” pamphlet, and was surprised by how good this is…like Thanksgiving, but easy enough to do everyday!

Honey-Herb Cornish Game Hens

I saw this in a magazine and thought it looked absolutely delicious. It would make a very fancy romantic meal or even be great for a dinner party with friends. I love the idea of using Cornish hens because of the combo of dark and white meat. The hens are baked, but I want to try them on the grill when it gets warm.

Pomegranate Glazed Cornish Game Hens

I have not tryed this yet. But I will. Pomegranates are a great souce of Vitiamin C and Potassium. Sure sounds good hope you all will like it. I got this recipe out of the sunday newpaper in the coupons.
