This is a simple marinade for any beef cuts, the longer you marinate the more the flavour will soak into the meat. My carnivores (Little Miss (DD) and Hubby) really enjoyed it. I didn’t mind it on chicken either.

I love this recipe, friends crave it, some have me over once a month just to cook this ( 😛 ) and my husband who doesn’t eat soup and wouldn’t even try lentils ate it up in seconds! I do love this, as its great tasting and well worth the effort! This is seriously something you must try! Its something I have perfected over the years, so my measurement are guesstimates but they are pretty spot on! This is one of those recipes that takes an afternoon to cook and tastes even better the next day, but this makes a lot of soup and it freezes so well its worth it! This is a thick soup so could be served as a meal!If you absolutely need to add meat, I cook a generous amount of thinly sliced prosciutto and serve on top of soup under the shredded Parmesan.
Easy and healthier way to get crispy tasty fish. NOTE: you MUST use the right pan! Please be sure to use a broiler pan so the breading gets hot air on the bottom too and isn’t soggy on the bottom when you go to turn it. OR use a cooling rack on a cookie sheet. Do not use a pan with sides as that will steam the fish, not make it crispy. I have never had the breading fall off using the correct methods. If you don’t care for cornmeal use panko. I have used mostly mild whitefish like catfish or tilapia with great results. Don’t be scared by the number of ingredients—it is mostly spices and herbs. Please adjust the spices, especially salt, to your taste. I have tried to post a balanced blend here but feel free to adjust mild, spicy, lower sodium etc…
