Easy to make and delightful Peaches N Cream Pie! Fresh peaches, orange & lemon juice, marshmallows, whipped cream atop a crust of brown sugar, almonds & oats.

Ingredients

Filling

  • 4 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chopped peaches

Crust

  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 2 cups of rolled oats, old fashion
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt marshmallows with orange juice and lemon juice over low heat.
  • Let cool.
  • Once cooled, mix in whipped topping and peaches.
  • Make the crust
    Mix together all ingredients for the crust until crumbly. Press into the pie pan and bake for 7 minutes at 300°F (149°C) Let cool.
  • Assemble
    Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  • Chill
    Chill for 2 hours.
