Pat’s Minestrone Soup
From the CFiander Family Collection: Pat’s Minestrone: Beef broth, kidney & cannellini beans, crushed tomatoes, spinach, onion, garlic powder, pepper, and elbow mac. A hearty, flavorful bowl!

- 32 oz of broth, beef
- 1 15 oz can of beans, kidney
- 1 14.5 oz can of beans, cannellini
- 1 28 oz can of tomato(s), crushed
- 1 10 oz package of spinach, frozen
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, powder
- 1 small of onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup of pasta, elbow macaroni
Instructions

CombineIn a soup pot, combine all ingredients except macaroni. Bring to a boil.

AddAdd macaroni. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
