From the CFiander Family Collection: Pat’s Minestrone: Beef broth, kidney & cannellini beans, crushed tomatoes, spinach, onion, garlic powder, pepper, and elbow mac. A hearty, flavorful bowl!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 32 oz of broth, beef
  • 1 15 oz can of beans, kidney
  • 1 14.5 oz can of beans, cannellini
  • 1 28 oz can of tomato(s), crushed
  • 1 10 oz package of spinach, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, powder
  • 1 small of onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 cup of pasta, elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Combine
    In a soup pot, combine all ingredients except macaroni. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add
    Add macaroni. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
  3. Serve
    Serve with hot crusty Italian bread
