- 1 1lb tube of sausage, JC Potter sage sausage
- 1 Tablespoon of flour
- 1 /12 cup of milk
- generous pinch of pepper, to taste

BrownBrown the sausage in a skillet

DrainDrain the grease if using another brand of sausage that is fattier

Stir in flourStir in flour and cook for 2 minutes on low heat

Stir in milkSlowly add milk while stirring to thicken. Add more milk if the mixture becomes too thick.
