Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1lb tube of sausage, JC Potter sage sausage
  • 1 Tablespoon of flour
  • 1 /12 cup of milk
  • generous pinch of pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown
    Brown the sausage in a skillet
  2. Drain
    Drain the grease if using another brand of sausage that is fattier
  3. Stir in flour
    Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes on low heat
  4. Stir in milk
    Slowly add milk while stirring to thicken. Add more milk if the mixture becomes too thick.
  5. Serve
    Serve over homemade biscuits or your favorite Grands refrigerated biscuits.

Serve with Nanny’s Biscuits or your favorite Grands refrigerated biscuits.
