From the CFiander Family Collection: Mom’s Meatloaf is a unique cherished family classic made with stovetop stuffing! Baked to golden perfection, it’s a hearty, flavorful delight.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 pounds of beef, ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box of dressing, Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
  • 2 Teaspoons of steak seasoning, dry
  • 1 onion, small, diced
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt and pepper, each

Instructions

  1. Preheat
    Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a mixing bowl
    Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Place in pan
    Place on rack in 9 x 13 pan lined with foil.
  4. bake
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until juices run clear when stuck with fork.

Notes

  1. For Topping: 1 small can tomato sauce or you can use ketchup
  2. Make 3 loaves by adding an extra pound of meat and an extra egg to this recipe.
