From the CFiander Family Collection: Delightful bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, and balsamic vinegar.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 plum tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, or two pickles
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Nature’s Seasoning Blend, to taste
  • Bagel Crisps

Instructions

  1. Dice
    Dice tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and garlic.
  2. Mix
    Combine in a bowl and add Italian seasoning to taste.
  3. Chill
    Cover mixture with cling wrap and refrigerate (2-3 hours minimum, overnight is best).
  4. Add
    Add balsamic vinegar and season salt just before serving.
  5. Serve
    Serve with bagel crisps.
