Liza’s Glazed Cranberry Orange Muffins

- 1/2 Teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)

- 1 cup of cranberries
- zest of 1 orange
- 2/3 Cup of orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
Glaze
- 1 Cup of powdered sugar
- orange juice, to desired thickness

PreheatPreheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Mix Dry IngredientsIn a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine Wet IngredientsIn a separate bowl, mix melted butter, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla extract.
