- 1 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can of sauerkraut, Bavarian
- 1 onion, sweet, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of caraway seeds
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package of egg roll wrappers
- butter, for frying
Instructions

SauteBrown beef. Drain kraut and chop. Saute onions and mushrooms. Combine onions, mushrooms, caraway & kraut. Add to cooked beef.
