Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons of Goddess sauce
  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 handful of mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tomato thinly sliced
  • 1/4 onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • kalamata olives
  • 1 ounce of feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Assemble the Veggie Wrap
    Lay the tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Add Vegetables
    Spread a generous amount of Goddess Sauce on the tortilla. Layer mixed salad greens, sliced cucumber, tomato slices, onion, avocado, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese in the center.
  3. Optional Proteins
    If adding proteins, place on top of the vegetables.
  4. Wrap It Up
    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  5. Serve
    Slice the Veggie Wrap in half diagonally and wrap in cling wrap or waxed paper. Enjoy!
