Egg Dumplings
Classic egg dumplings: simple yet comforting, these fluffy dumplings add warmth to any soup with their tender texture and rich flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of milk
1 cup of flour
1 scant teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions

Beat eggs, salt and milk together.

Sift together flour and baking powder in another bowl until well combined.

Mix together wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms, adding more flour if necessary in pinches to thicken the batter.

Drop by spoonful into boiling soup.
