Easy Peanut Butter No-Bake Pie

For the Crust
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons of butter, melted
For the Filling
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of heavy cream
For Topping
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- roasted peanuts, chopped

Prepare the CrustIn a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, forming an even crust. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.

Make the FillingIn a large mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no streaks remain.

Fill the crustSpoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

Make the Chocolate Ganache ToppingIn a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Let the chocolate ganache cool slightly before pouring it over the peanut butter filling.
