Easy Paneer Masala
Succulent paneer in a vibrant tomato-yogurt blend, spiced to perfection. Delight in every bite!

- 1 pound (about 450g) of paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup of tomato puree
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
- salt
- coriander (cilantro) for garnish
Instructions

SautéHeat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

AddAdd ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

AddAdd tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the masala until the oil starts to separate from it.

SimmerReduce the heat to low and stir in the plain yogurt. Cook for a few minutes, stirring continuously to avoid curdling.

Add paneerAdd cubed paneer to the masala and gently mix until the paneer is well-coated. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

SprinkleSprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
