Easy Fudge Crinkle Cookies
Using Devil Food Cake Mix, this is an extremely easy recipe that is quick to whip up. Guaranteed crowd pleaser!

- 1 box devil’s food cake mix (Betty Crocker Super Moist suggested)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- confectioners’ sugar or granulated sugar, for rolling
Instructions
- Stir dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl until dough forms.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350F°
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Dust hands with sugar and shape dough into 1.5 inch balls.
- Roll balls in sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set.
- Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.
- Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Store covered at room temperature.
Notes
Powdered sugar may absorb into the dough, losing that snowy look. Try rolling them and letting them sit with the coating for a few minutes then rolling through the sugar a second time.
