- 1 lb of chicken, boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced or chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 cup of broth, chicken
- 1 cup of coconut, milk
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey, or brown sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- green onions (salad onions), chopped for garnish
- coriander (cilantro), chopped for garnish
- rice, cooked for serving

SautéIn a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
