Courtney’s Four Cheese Spinach Dip

- 8 oz of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, powder
- 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons of Romano cheese
- 2 Tablespoons of bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 green onions (salad onions), finely chopped
- 1 cup of fresh baby spinach, squeezed dry and chopped (or frozen and thawed)
- 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, medium, grated
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of paprika
Instructions

PreheatPreheat oven to 400F.

MixMix cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, cayenne pepper, and paprika with a hand or stand mixer on medium until well mixed.

Add vegetablesAdd the red peppers and green onion then mix on medium until just incorporated. Add spinach and mix on low until just incorporated.

BakeTransfer the mixture to a small ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.

CoolRemove from the oven and allow to set for 5–7 minutes before serving.

ServeServe with fried or baked pita wedges and tortilla chips.
