Bob’s Chili
From the CFiander Family Collection – Bob’s Chili: Savory blend of 2 lb ground chuck, McCormick chili mix, diced onion, green pepper, kidney beans, Rotel, diced tomatoes, and spices.

- 2 lbs of beef, ground chuck, browned and drained
- 2 packets of chili spice mix, McCormick chili mix (1 hot, 1 original)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, green, diced
- 2 cans of kidney beans
- 1 small can of Rotel diced tomatoes
- 3 can of diced tomatoes
- hot sauce, Louisiana, to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients. Simmer on low for an hour, stirring occasionally to keep the bottom of the pan from burning.
