- 1 cup of kale
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 egg(s)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter
Instructions

PreheatPreheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

MixIn a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.

CombinePour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
