Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 20 oz package of shredded hash browns
  • 1 can of Cream of Celery soup
  • 8 oz of Sour Cream
  • 1 2 oz jar of pimentos, diced, drained
  • 23 cups of ham, cooked, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded (divided in two 1/2 cup portions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat
    Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine
    Combine hash browns, cream of celery soup, sour cream, diced pimentos, cook ham, Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
