  • 1 lb dry roasted salted peanut
  • 1 (12 ounce) box Crispix cereal
  • 1 (12 ounce) box cheese nips
  • 6 cups miniature pretzel twists
  • 1 (6 ounce) package bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°.

  2. In 2 large roasting pans, combine pecans, peanuts, cereal, cheese crackers, pretzels, and bagel chips.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, rosemary, paprika, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and salt.

  4. Pour evenly over pecan mixture, tossing gently to coat.

  5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven, and let cool completely.

  7. Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
