  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Peel all potatoes and cut up into squares.

  2. Put them into a pot of water, making sure they are totally covered by the water.

  3. Cook on medium heat stirring every 10 minutes.

  4. Once potatoes are fork tender, drain them and leave them in the same pot they were cooked.

  5. Add butter and mash potatoes until butter is melted.

  6. Next add the sour cream, milk, and cream cheese; mix in well.

  7. Finally add your salt; combine, and your done!
