Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 bananas, mashed or 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line or grease a 12 muffin tin.
In a medium size bowl, beat the egg with a fork and add the milk, oil and either the banana or apple.
In a large bowl, blend the dry ingredients together.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients into the well and stir with a fork until just moistened-DO NOT OVERMIX.
Fill the prepared muffin cups 2/3 fill and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool on a rack before eating.
