  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Coat bottom ONLY of 8" square pan with cooking spray.

  3. Spoon flour into dry measuring cup, level with knife.

  4. Combine flour, chocolate chips and baking soda Combine sugars and remaining 5 ingredients in bowl, stir til blended.

  5. Add flour mixture, blend again.

  6. Spread batter in bottom of pan.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  8. Cool on wire rack.
